Amritsari Gur Ka Halwa

Ingredients
150 gm sooji
50 gm besan
80 gm gur (jaggery)
1 spoon sugar
1 spoon elaichi powder
As needed chopped dry fruits
as needed kewra jal or jose water
200 gm desi ghee
Method
First of all we take boil water and add gur and sugar for dissolve. keep aside.
take kadhai on flame then add ghee add besan and fry till brown then add sooji and again fry.
then add gur and sugar water and 5-8 min cooke. At last add dry fruit on it.
And last add kewra jal or jose water.
