Amritsari Gur Ka Halwa


  1. 150 gm sooji

  2. 50 gm besan

  3. 80 gm gur (jaggery)

  4. 1 spoon sugar

  5. 1 spoon elaichi powder

  6. As needed chopped dry fruits

  7. as needed kewra jal or jose water

  8. 200 gm desi ghee


  1. First of all we take boil water and add gur and sugar for dissolve. keep aside.

  2. take kadhai on flame then add ghee add besan and fry till brown then add sooji and again fry.

  3. then add gur and sugar water and 5-8 min cooke. At last add dry fruit on it.

  4. And last add kewra jal or jose water.
