1/2 cup besan
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp jeera
2 tbsp fine chopped tomato
1-2 clove garlic
2 medium size boil potato (cut into dice shape)
1-2 medium size dice cut tomato
1 medium size onion (julienne cut)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp kitchen king/ dry kastori mathi/ corinder leave
First take a bowl for mixer of besan, add salt(little), chopped onion, fine chopped tomato. Make a Paste (like chilla or besan pura).
Then make pura or chilla of mixer on pan. And Keep aside.
Take kadhai put oil on it and turn on flame. Add jeera, garlic, onion and tomato saute 2-3 mins then add potato add kitchen king, also green chilli.
At last take pura/chilli cut on diamond shape or square cut And Add on it
grarnish with corinder leave.
