Besan Bhuji


1 cup Besan

1 tsp jeera

1 medium size onion chopped

1 medium size tomato chopped

1 cup peas

1 tbsp green chilli

2 clove garlic

1 tbsp ginger

1 tsp haldi

1 tsp kitchen king

salt to taste


take a bowl and make a smoth paste of besan and mix little salt on it and keep aside.

take oil on a kadhai heat it then add jeera, ginger, garlic, chopped onion and tomato saute 2-3 mins then add pea again saute it 2-3 mins.

( 2 method to prepare)

  1. Make it poora and after that cut on it small pieces and saute with vegetable and make sure piece of besan poora fine chopped.

2. Add pour besan paste slowly slowly and one hand move with karchi and mix properly until it was cooked and tern on low flame. Cooked when it was properly cooked or not.
