Burnt Ginger Rice


1 cup rice

1 medium size onion

1 inch ginger

3 large tsp oil

1 tbsp soya sauce

1 large tsp tomato sauce

1/2 tbsp red chilli paste

1/4 tsp ajinomoto ( Chinese salt)

1 small tsp vinegar

salt to taste


soak the rice on water for 1 hrs.

cook the rice and after cook allow to cool and keep aside.

take a frying pan. Heat oil in a fry pan and add finelly chopped ginger, onion, keep frying till golden brown.

then add the rice and soya sauce + tomato sauce and red chilli paste and also add ajinomoto and salt.
