Chilly Paneer


Ingredient

Paneer 200gm

cornflour 1/2 cups

maida 1/4 cup

soya sauce 1 tbsp

red chilli sauce 1 tbsp

tomato ketchup 3 tbsp

vinegar 1 tsp

seedless capsicum/ green chilli 5

garlic chopped 5 clove

ajinomoto 1/2 tsp

sugar 1 pinch

black pepper 1/4 tsp

coriander chopped 1 tbsp

oil (dip fried)

salt to taste


Method

1. Make a thick paste of cornflour and maida and salt.

2. Dip on paste to Paneer cube and fried it until as golden brown.

3. Take kadhai put oil on it. add green chilli/capsicum, chopped garlic, black pepper, saute 2-3 mins.

4. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar, ajinomoto and put little water.

5. At last add paneer
