2 med potatoes cut in 1 inch cube
1 med gobi
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
3 green chilli
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp curd
1 large tomato (chopped)
2 inch ginger strips
heat oil in a kadhai and add jeera, when begain to change colour add green chilli, then add ginger paste, saute for half a mins.
then add potato and gobi and stir it. and again saute for 2 to 4 mins then add haldi, red chilli, salt to taste and mix properly.
then add curd and mix again and cover it.
cook on medium heat till done at last add ginger strip and stir well.
for garnish we also add desi ghee and corinder leaf (dhaniya patta)
