Hummus (Lebanese recipie)





Ingredients


  • 2 cups boil chickpeas (white chana

  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 8 tablespoons tahini paste (pureed sesame/white til)

  • Olive oil to taste

  • ⅔ cup of fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika

  • ⅓ to ½ teaspoon salt


Method

1. Make a Puree the boil chickpeas in grinder.and add tahini paste, garlic clove, olive oil, salt and lemon juice.

garnish with fruits and other raw eatable vegetable (cucumber, beet root, onion etc)
