Litti Chokha


Ingredient for Litti

2 cups atta (240g)

salt to taste

oil for frying

Stuffing

1/2 tsp jeera/ajwain

1/2 tsp saunf

1 cup sattu

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1-2 chopped green chilli

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp corinder leave

1 tsp black salt

2 tbsp lemon juice


Method

In a mixing bowl, take atta and salt and add also oil.

now add water in part and knead to a smooth soft dough. Cover and keep aside.

In a mortar pestle we crush jeera, saunf and take sattu and add jeera and saunf, ajwain, red chilli, green chilli, garlic, corrinder leaf, black salt, lemon juice, mix ti well


After that take atta dough and sprinkling little flour, roll each dough ball to a circle of about 5 to 6 inches.

Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the sattu stuffing in the center.

Pleat and then join the edges.

press the joined part and lightly roll the stuffed dough balls in your palms, so as to get a round shape. Keep aside.

And fry it on medium heat oil.
