Malai Kofta

Ingredient for kofta
250 g Paneer
3 tbsp maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
3-4 green chilli
1 tsp coriander
salt to taste
1/4 chilli powder
Ingredient for gravy
4 tomato medium size paste
4 tbsp oil
1/4 chilli powder
1 tbsp jeera
1/2 tbsp gram masala
2 tbsp coconut/ kaju + badam paste
2 tbsp khas khas
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp onion paste
1/2 cup curd
100 g cream/malai
Method
Grind all kofta ingredient and make a ball and fry on oil till brown and keep aside.
Take a khadhai and heat oil and add jeera, after crackle and add onion paste, add ginger garlic paste, add tomato paste, add chilli powder, gram masala, kaju paste, khas khas at last add curd then cream.
when gravy is thick put kofta on in and garnish with coriander leaf
