Mango Burfi


2 mango mace (1/2 cup)

1/2 ltr milk

75 g sugar

1/4 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp cornflour

1/4 tsp mango essence

for garnish we use dry fruit


Boil to milk until it was thick then add sugar and stir for 10 mins.

add lemon juice when milk was making paneer then add mango mace and cornflour and Cook on medium flame until the mixture parts to leave the sides of the pan.

Grease a tray with ghee.

Transfer the mixture in the greased tray and spread evenly.

Garnish with dry fruit.

Let the buffi set for 1 hour. Cut into small pieces and serve.
