carrot cut into diamond shape

pumpkin cut into diamond shape

pea (optional)

potato (optional)


corinder leave chopped or white roasted til

garlic clove (fine chopped)

salt as taste

oil/butter for sautéing


  • first boil all vegetable with little salt. And after boiling keep aside

  • take wok, pour oil/butter and heat them

  • add garlic and saute for 2 second

  • add jeera and saute for 2 second

  • at last add boil vegetable and saute them for 1-2 mins

at last sprinkle corinder leave or white roasted til
