Paneer Bagh e Bahar



Ingredient

1/4 cup kaju paste

1 tsp sugar

1 cup yellow capsicum (chopped)

1 cup tomato (choped)

1 tsp garlic finely chopped

1/2 cup cream

1 tsp pepper

1 cup pineapple

2 tbsp tomato sauce

2 green chilli

2 tbsp oil

200 g paneer cube


Method

heat oil in a kadhai, Add garlic and chilli and fry till brown.

Add kaju paste stir fry then add capsicum then add pineapple and tomato and stir and cooked. at last mix paneer, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and stir fry for 5 mins and add sugar also stir properly
