Roghni Naan ( on Pan)


Ingredient for dough

1 cup of maida

1 tbsp curd

1 tsp yeast/baking soda

1/2 tsp ghee/butter

salt to taste


ingredient for filling

1 kg boil potato

1/2 cup of coriander leaf (chopped)

1/2 cup of mint (chopped)

1 tbsp chilli powder

2 tsp whole jeera

2 tsp whole dhaniya

1 tsp garlic chopped

4-5 green chilli (option)

1 tsp chat masala

1 pinch haldi

1 tsp til


Method

Take a bowl and mix maida, salt and soda.

add curd and butter

after that make soft dough and keep aside.

Take a boil potato and mash it add red chilli, chat masala, mixer of chopped corinder, mint green chilli, garlic, dhaniya and jeera

take dough and fill the mixer and spread like roti with the help of hand or rolling pin.

make a mark with the help of knief or fork

take a til and spread on wet dough (use little water for wet dough and baked on tandoor/oven and pan at last brushing with oil/butter on bread.


note:

on pan - first heat of pan and apply salted water on it. then baked under a flame.
