Saburdana ki tikki


2 cups Saburdana

3 medium size boil potato

1/2 cup roasted peanut (crush)

1 tbsp white til

1 tsp green chilli

1 tsp ginger paste

2 tbsp cornflour

oil for deep fry

rock salt (for vart/fast) salt to taste


Place the mash potatoes in a bowl, Add salt, peanuts, til, green chilli, ginger paste and one cup suburdana and mix well, add cornflour and mix it. keep aside the remaining saburdana in a plate for take some of mixture and make a roll into a ball size .

place the ball over saburdana in the plate and press lightly it to tikki shape. Heat sufficent oil in a khadhi and deep fry.

Serve with Green Chatney.
