Shahi Mushroom


200gm Mushroom

4 Medium size Onion

7-8 tomato

1 piece ginger

2 green chilli

salt to taste

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp gram masala

1 tsp sugar

1 cup cream

1/2 cup kaju

3 tbsp butter


cut mushroom into 2 piece

heat ghee in a pan and fry onion until it turn pink.then add ginger, green chilli and chopped tomato when tomato softer and remove it from flame and grind it in a mixer.

Keep a pan or kadhai on flame and cook them. Add salt, red chilli powder, gram masala, sugar, cream and kaju.

Cook for 2-3 mins and at last add mushroom and cook at low flame until mushroom softer/cook.
