Soya Stir Fry Bean Sprouts


Mung Bean Sprouts 1 cup

soy sauce 1 tbsp

sugar 1/2 tsp

salt as per taste

vegetable oil 1 tbsp

sasame oil 5 drop


  1. Thoroughly wash and drain the bean sprouts. if desired, the ends can be trimmed.

  2. Heat a wok and add oil to it. As the oil is ready, add the bean sprouts to stir-fry briefly. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir-fry for another few second and then, add sesame oil.

  3. serve hot.
